Webinar Panel: Inclusive Leave Policies and the Impact on Employee Wellbeing
Webinar Panel: Inclusive Leave Policies and the Impact on Employee Wellbeing
On-Demand Webinar
A recent survey from WTW revealed that over 80% of employers plan on upgrading their leave policies in the next two years. As today’s work culture continues to grow and evolve, a newfound focus on employee wellness has emerged, resulting in a push to refresh outdated policies. But in order to be truly meaningful, these new policies must be inclusive of – and beneficial for – as many employees as possible.
There is much more that every company can and should do to make sure bereaved employees not only have the time and the flexibility they need to shoulder the burdens of loss, but also feel supported and understood by their organization. By prioritizing the emotional wellbeing of employees, organizations can cultivate a compassionate workplace culture that not only aids in retention and productivity but also demonstrates genuine care for their workforce's holistic needs.
In this session, a panel of industry experts will come together to discuss the state of bereavement leave policies today, the impact of empathetic leadership, how to create more inclusive leave policies, and how you can better support the overall wellbeing of your organization.
During this webinar, you will learn how to:
- Understand the limitations of a one size fits all approach to leave
- Gain insight into the changes top employers are making
- Discover how inclusive leave policies can have direct impact on your workforce’s wellbeing
