Provider burnout in health care has always been prevalent. Now, as even more strain is being placed on the health care system, burnout has reached a critical point. It is estimated that nearly 30% of health care professionals are considering leaving their profession, making it imperative that we take action to protect the health and well-being of our health care workforce.
One of the key drivers of burnout is the complex systems that surround the workforce. Strong leaders and managers are needed to help navigate these systems and create meaningful improvements.
In this webinar, Dr. LouAnne Giangreco will discuss current evidence around provider burnout, discuss the complex systems in health care, and address the need for trained leaders to navigate the challenges and opportunities posed by these systems. She will share the critical leadership competencies that support culture, growth, change management, and, ultimately, transformation.
